1. Contact details
Customer service: info@victorysupplements.co.uk. Postal address: Studiofifty, 50 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, Hampshire. BH24 1DW.
2. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied at checkout is accurate and complete.
3. Products and website information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Packaging, colour and appearance may vary from images, and manufacturers may make lawful formulation or packaging changes. Product information shown online, including ingredients, allergens, warnings, directions, quantity and nutrition information, should be read before purchase and again on the delivered label.
If the online information conflicts with the delivered product label, do not use the product and contact us. Nothing on the website is medical advice or a diagnosis. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
4. Suitability and safe use
-
Follow the label, recommended daily amount, storage instructions, warnings and best-before information.
-
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily amount.
-
Check ingredients and allergen information before use, including when repurchasing a product.
-
Seek advice from a doctor, pharmacist or appropriately qualified professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under medical supervision, taking medication, have a medical condition, are sensitive to stimulants, or are unsure whether a product is suitable.
-
Stop use and seek appropriate advice if you experience an adverse reaction. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.
-
Keep products out of reach of children unless the label expressly states otherwise.
Results vary between individuals. Reviews, testimonials and marketing material describe individual experiences and do not guarantee a particular result. We do not make medicinal claims for food supplements.
5. Orders and formation of the contract
Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation expressly accepting the order or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance, including where stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information is incorrect, a price is clearly erroneous, purchase limits are exceeded, or fraud or unlawful resale is suspected. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded.
6. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are displayed before the order is submitted. We may change future prices and promotions without affecting an accepted order. Payment is taken using the methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
7. Discount codes, promotions and bundles
Promotions are subject to their published terms, availability and end date. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw a promotion or reject misuse, automated orders, duplicate-account abuse or obvious errors. Statutory rights are unaffected.
8. Delivery
Delivery destinations, options, estimated times and prices are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or a person identified by you. Ownership passes once we receive full payment. You must provide a secure, complete address and notify us promptly of errors.
9. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to cancel and return an order. Consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to cancel most online purchases, followed by 14 days to return them. The cancellation right may be lost for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This does not remove rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory law.
10. Product recalls and safety
We may contact you about a safety notice, recall, withdrawal or correction. You must follow reasonable safety instructions and stop using an affected product when directed. Keep your order details and product batch information where reasonably possible.
11. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account security and activity. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content, impersonate another person, interfere with operation, or use the site unlawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or suspected misuse.
12. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, product names, graphics, photographs and text are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. No other copying, modification, distribution or commercial use is permitted without written consent.
13. Reviews and user content
Content you submit must be truthful, lawful and based on genuine experience. It must not be defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, misleading or contain prohibited health claims. You retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt submitted content for operating and promoting our business. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.
14. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer. Website availability is not guaranteed.
15. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains our use of personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies must be controlled through the website consent tool.
16. Changes
The terms applying to an order are those in force when the contract is formed. We may update these terms prospectively for legal, operational or business reasons. The current version will be published with its effective date.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law applying where they live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Information about alternative dispute resolution will be provided where legally required or where we agree to use a particular provider.
