You may cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it and then have a further 14 days to return the product.
Change-of-mind returns must be unopened, unused and in their original condition, with all tamper-evident seals intact. For health-protection and hygiene reasons, supplements cannot be returned once opened or unsealed unless they are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not of satisfactory quality.
Please contact info@victorysupplements.co.uk before returning an item. Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns. Victory Supplements will cover reasonable return costs where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or receiving evidence that it has been sent back. Where the entire order is cancelled, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Enhanced or express delivery costs are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
